Upgrade or Downgrade Your Hosting Package

Please get in touch with our Billing Department via Live Support for assistance in requesting a package upgrade or downgrade.

Note: you CANNOT upgrade or downgrade to a different package level directly, like from a Shared plan to a VPS plan, as it will require a migration.
