If you need assistance with paying your invoice or have questions about the suspension of your account please contact our Live Support team.

Payment Options

For payment with credit cards, a payment profile will be setup for you in our payment gateway once you pay. Then, for all your future due dates, that card will get automatically charged for invoices. If you later decide you no longer want auto-billing, please contact our Live Support team. You will not be able to disable the auto-billing from your end.

To pay via PayPal, make sure the payment method is set to PayPal. You can hit the 'PayPal checkout' button to make an instant payment. Hit the "PayPal subscribe" button to start a subscription. (A subscription is you telling your PayPal account to send us money every pay cycle.) If there is no "PayPal subscribe" button available, then your invoice is too old to start one, and your subsequent payments will always be late. You will need to wait until your next invoice with us and start one.

To pay via check or money order, make it out to 'A Small Orange' at:
2500 Ridgepoint Dr.
Suite 105c
Austin, TX 78754

For those of you living outside the US: make sure the check is in US Funds. All our prices reflect US Dollars, even if your invoice currency symbol does not say so.
